This Promotion is open only to:

(a) individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry, OR registered qualifying patients under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act;
(b) legal residents of the State of Michigan; and
(c) individuals who are not employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor, or members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or child of each) or households (whether related or not).
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 21, 2026, or when all game cards have been distributed, whichever occurs first (the "Promotion Period").

There are two (2) ways to enter:

‍Method 1 – Scratch-Off Game Card
‍During the Promotion Period, visit Sponsor's licensed dispensary location. Upon making any purchase, you will receive one (1) scratch-off game card. No purchase is necessary to receive a game card (see Method 2 below). Scratch off the designated area on the game card to reveal whether you have won a prize. Present winning cards to Sponsor staff for prize fulfillment according to Section 7 below.
Limit one (1) game card per person per day, regardless of entry method.

‍Method 2 – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
‍To receive a game card without purchase, visit Sponsor's location during regular business hours during the Promotion Period and request a free game card. You must provide valid government-issued photo identification proving you are 21 years of age or older (or a valid registry identification card for registered qualifying patients).

Limit one (1) free game card per person per day. Free game cards have the same odds of winning as game cards distributed with purchase.

Use of automated entry devices, bots, or other unauthorized methods of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

‍Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable.

Approximate overall odds of winning any prize: 1 in 10.

Specific odds for each prize tier are available upon request at Sponsor's location.

Winners will be immediately notified upon scratching the game card and revealing a winning symbol.

To claim a prize, winner must:
• Present the winning scratch-off card to Sponsor staff at Sponsor's dispensary location;
• Provide valid government-issued photo identification proving age 21+ (or valid registry identification card);
• For cannabis product prizes, comply with all state tracking and identification requirements;
• Complete and sign any required winner claim forms or releases.

All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the end of the Promotion Period (no later than May 21, 2026). Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Prizes cannot be claimed by proxy; winner must appear in person. Winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release. Failure to comply with these requirements within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

All cannabis product prizes (including pre-rolls and pack prizes) are subject to the following restrictions:

• Winner must be 21 years of age or older OR a registered qualifying patient under Michigan law;
• Winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification or valid registry identification card;
• All transfers will be recorded in the state tracking system as required by law;
• Cannabis products cannot be mailed, shipped, or delivered;
• Winner must comply with Michigan adult-use possession limits or medical marijuana patient limits;
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, THE PROMOTION SUPPLIERS AND ANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SPONSORING, FULFILLING, ADMINISTERING, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTING THE PROMOTION, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PAST AND PRESENT OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
